La Grange is a restored
barn, converted into two houses that are situated in their own grounds in
a small hamlet, close to the Dordogne River in the South West of France.
The property overlooks an 18 hole golf course.
The properties are available to rent all year
Each House sleeps 7– 9 people and has three bedrooms
Large 10m x 6m Swimming Pool,
plus baby pool
Satellite Television & Video
Hi-Fi with CD Player

Dishwasher & Washing Machine
BBQ, Boules Pitch & Badminton
Each house provides the following accommodation:

Three Bedrooms, one with a double bed, one room with three single beds
and a further room with twin beds. Large Shower Room.

lead to the Upper Floor, which is one large room with a high oak-beamed
ceiling.
This has a fully fitted kitchen with:

Full complement of cutlery, crockery, glasses &
utensils for at least 8 people
There is also a dining area
and a seating area with satellite television & video, as well as a Hi-Fi

Over the Kitchen is a gallery with double bed.
Adjoining the end of the building is a shared utility room, which houses a washing machine, ironing board & iron. There is also a shower room with washbasin & WC.
There is a selection of
bicycles, cots, highchairs and pushchairs available for use.
A wide range of games equipment, jigsaws etc. are also available.
To the rear of the house is a patio area with garden furniture and a BBQ.
Beyond the patio is a large swimming pool with adjoining children’s pool.
To the front of the house, there is a large flat grass area suitable for games and badminton net and posts are provided. There is also a boules pitch with stone seating area.

Opposite the hamlet, is the 18 hole Golf Course "Golf de l'Olivaire". The house looks over Hole
7 of the course.
There are also a number of other golf courses in the surrounding area.

Surrounding Area
The hamlet is a short drive
(approximately 2 kilometres)
from the main village of Siorac, situated on the River Dordogne. This has a large supermarket,
chemist, garage, church, bank & a variety of typical French shops &
services. St Cyprien
and Belvès are only a few more minutes' drive with similar facilities
and a weekly market. The town of Sarlat is also nearby. There are also a large variety of restaurants in the local area,
covering a complete range of French Cuisine.
This area of the Dordogne is famous for its vast array of medieval towns and villages, chateaux, monasteries, caves
and activities of prehistoric man. A selection of information is provided for your use.

Grange is available to rent all year round.
The houses are not rented out to separate parties at the same time, therefore the pool, gardens etc.. are private.
The houses are rented together or just one house is rented.
Usual changeover day: Saturday
